Palate: Very smooth and sweet opening to the palate, rather nice as it turns out, vanilla hints of delicate spices, honey and soft ripe peach and apricots. Palate: Vey sweet and fruity on the front of the palate, toffee apples and truffles, Victoria sponge and a little latte
