This pattern was designed to create a hat that can be worn in the style of a beret or tam on top of the head or as a slouchy beanie pulled down to protect your ears from the cold. The cables brim was designed to look like ocean waves which gave this hat pattern its name This hat was made using a pretty Berry colored polyester blend yarn that is 25% recycled fibers. This blend is soft to the
