The island of Orkney makes for a unique microclimate where heather and peat become one. In European oak, this floral smoke is unparalleled. Nose: Robust and ample with hints of conifer and eucalyptus essence with traces of manuka nectar. Some fruity hints, grassy moorland and assorted citrus peels emerge with mild smoke. Palate: Satiating and somewhat unctuous with
