A 50 50 blend of Zweigelt, Austrias most widely planted red variety, and Pinot Noir. The two varieties share characteristics that allows them to blend particularly cohesively. BioKult is a winemaking co operative, a group of grape growers who combine their harvests and share winemaking infrastructure collectively. This is common practice across Europe and historically
